Tony Penn works in 3 different ways to share his insights and analysis. Penn Restaurant Group, a full-service restaurant consulting company, Business Consulting, helping business owners create a shift that leads to growth and profits, and RDL Training, helping to improve the impact of executives and other managers by increasing their knowledge, skills and abilities.

Drawing from his more than 25+ years’ experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Tony has a reputation in the industry as a trailblazer having created, opened, and implemented a variety of long-standing and ground-breaking concepts. He launched the first Outback Steakhouse brand in California, helped create and expand the Buca di Beppo concept, franchised and scaled the Counter Burger franchise, and partnered with Food Network star Aarón Sanchez to introduce several successful ventures.

I am here to provide real-life experience gained from the trenches of the business world to executives, owners, and managers. It is my goal to assist them in obtaining the leadership skills necessary to achieve their version of success.
